Which areas do you serve?
All regions of Tanzania. Our head office is in Dodoma, and we have delivered projects in Dodoma, Dar es Salaam and Geita.
Are you registered and licensed?
Yes. Masterline is incorporated with BRELA, registered with the Fire and Rescue Force as a competent fire dealer, registered with TRA for TIN and VAT, and holds a Dodoma City Council business licence. See the About page for details.
Can you service or refill extinguishers we already own?
Yes. We supply, install, service and refill portable fire extinguishers, and we inspect and maintain other fire protection systems.
Do you only supply equipment, or install it too?
Both. We handle design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, inspection and maintenance, and you can also buy equipment on its own.
What types of fire systems can you install?
Fire detection and alarm systems, suppression systems (FM-200, CO₂, foam and clean agent), sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels and fire pumps, plus emergency lighting and signage.
Do you offer fire safety training and drills?
Yes. We run fire safety awareness training as well as fire drills and evacuation exercises.
Do you also do security and plumbing?
Yes. We install CCTV, access control, biometric and time and attendance systems, intruder alarms and electric fences, and we handle plumbing design, installation, rehabilitation and maintenance.
How do I get a price?
Use the quote page: add the equipment or services you need, set quantities and send the request on WhatsApp or by email. We will respond with a quotation.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 14:00.
